A gathering of remembrance for Virginia M. Hankinson, who passed away March 11, will be held at 11 a.m., Sat., Aug. 16 as she is laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, Boothbay.

Julie Page Burnheimer, 58, of Gorham, passed away at her home on Aug. 26 surrounded by her family after a yearlong battle with ovarian cancer.

Eleanor M. Kelly, 91, of Westborough, Mass., formerly of Sudbury, Mass., passed away peacefully on Aug. 3 at the Beaumont Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

A gathering of remembrance for Gloria C. Peters, who passed away Aug. 21, will be held at 10 a.m., Thurs., Aug. 28. at Evergreen Cemetery, Barter’s Island Road, Boothbay.

Tyler Alan Wood, 15, of Rockport, died Aug. 2 at Maine Medical Center as the result of an automobile accident.

Frank Loring Teague, 83, of Boothbay, died Aug. 22 surrounded by his family in Damariscotta.

Richard (Perk) Erlon Perkins, 92, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep with a big smile on his face on Aug. 2.

Anna Marie Burgess Allen, of Woolwich, passed away at Bowdell House, Brunswick, on Aug. 20 after a period of declining health.

Tyler A. Wood, 15, of Rockport, son of Brooke Borden and Jamie Wood, died Aug. 2 at Maine Medical Center in Portland as the result of an accident. Tyler was a sophomore at Camden Hills Regional High School.

Dr. William “Bill” H. James, 104, of North Branford, Conn., died peacefully on Aug. 19.

Keegan William Spear, 17, of Boothbay Harbor, died suddenly on July 30 from injuries sustained in a car accident along with his best friend and cousin, Casey Allen Dalton, 19, of Boothbay.

Philip Hollenbeck Gesner, 86, of Westport Island, died Aug. 17 at his residence.

Brad Collins, son of Tom and Suzy Collins, of New Harbor, died Aug. 2 at his home in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina.

Priscilla Antoinette Fogg, 74, of Wiscasset, passed away on Aug. 20.
