Thomas Hedley Reynolds, 88, of Newcastle, known for nearly three decades of transformational leadership at two Maine educational institutions, died Sept. 22 at his home after a long illness.

Robert “Shorty” Andrews, Sr., formerly of Waldoboro and Durham, passed away peacefully on Sept. 8 in Fort Meyers, Fla.
