L. Marguerite Sylvester, 93, of Friendship, died Oct. 21 at the home of her daughter, Eden, in Nobleboro, surrounded by her loving family.

Elizabeth K. Mahan, 88, of Cambridge, Mass. and Damariscotta, died Oct. 6 at the Youville Hospital in Cambridge, Mass.

Christine Elizabeth Healey Mallory Moore, 32, died Sept. 17 in Lakeland, Fla. as a result of a motorcycle accident.

Louise Boyer, 88, of Waldoboro, died Oct. 10 at her home surrounded by her loving friends and hospice staff.

Barbara (Duttle) Meyer passed away Oct. 3 in Portland after battling leukemia for eight months.

Timothy D. Hurd, 62, of Arlington, Va. and Boothbay Harbor, died on Oct. 10 at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C. after a short illness.
