On July 28, Reserve Deputy Michael Elwell responded to a report of a theft in the Bristol area. The complainant said she had placed a Trader Joe’s bag (containing a set of keys, an iPhone 6 in a pink case, and a salad) down to put a dog, which had gotten loose, back into a residence, and when she returned moments later, the bag was gone. Further investigation will follow if leads develop.
