Dirigo’s 10&11 Little League All-star team lost their District 5 opening game, 10-9 to Auburn Suburban Tuesday night in Auburn.

Spruce Mountain defeated Lincoln Academy baseball 5-3 Tuesday at Medomak Valley in a West Class B preliminary match-up.

Wiscasset High School softball game scheduled for Tuesday has been postponed. It will be played Wed., June 6 at 4 p.m. in Wiscasset.

Falmouth eliminated LA girls’ tennis from the West B playoffs with a 5-0 win on Friday.

Medomak Valley boys placed fourth in the State Class B track and field championships at Mt.Desert Island on Saturday. The Panthers scored 50 points, led by Yannick Price-Prevot with 21 points, and Jonathan Hendrickson Belloguet with 13 points.

Medomak Valley softball defeated top seed Oceanside 4-2 Friday night to win the KVAC championship.

Augusta defeated Post 42 7-2 in American Legion baseball action on June 21. Lewis went the distance in the win (3H,5K, 6B), and Weatherbee took the loss in one plus innings, and Dalton Leeman closed out the game.
