Rigas, 31, Boothbay Harbor, class B aggravated assault, two counts; class B domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon; class B tampering with a victim; class C assault; class C domestic violence assault; class C violation of condition of release, 28 counts; class D assault, two counts; class D refusing to submit to arrest; class D terrorizing, four counts; class E creating a police standoff.
Charles A. Stone, 47, Tenants Harbor, class C operating after revocation, class E violation of condition of release.
