All Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont Post Offices will be open regular hours on New Year’s Eve, Thurs., Dec. 31.
Post offices will be closed on Fri., Jan. 1, New Year’s Day. Express Mail will be delivered to select post offices on New Year’s Day. Post offices will be open regular hours on Sat., Jan. 2.
The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses, and relies on the sale of postage, products, and services to fund its operations.
