Alna’s election results are in and challenger Doug Baston has unseated incumbent David Reingardt in a 102 to 62 vote. 164 residents voted in the 2015 municipal election.
Melissa Spinney won the second selectman seat with 133 votes. There were eight write-in votes.
Barbara Baston won re-election to the RSU 12 Board of Directors with 145 votes. There were two write-in votes.
Jeffrey Verney won re-election as road commissioner with 145 votes. There were seven write-in votes.
Aaron Miller won re-election as treasurer with 141 votes. There were three write-in votes.
Alna’s town meeting will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 21 at the fire station.
