Major road repairs on several Alna roads will begin Sept. 12 and last through Sept. 21. Construction will be done from 7 am to 6 pm. Lothrop, Bailey, Rabbit Path, Dock and Golden Ridge Rd. will be affected by the repairs.
Alna Road Commissioner Michael Trask had previously said that the roadwork would begin Sept. 7 and last for roughly one week.
The construction is part of a $522,000 loan Alna received to improve road conditions in the town.
