Michael and Christina Louallen of Monhegan are pleased to announce the birth of their two babies, Athealia Tatiana Louallen and Tahj Penelope Louallen, born on June 27 at 8:21 and 8:22 a.m. at Miles Memorial Hospital weighing 7 lbs., 6 oz. and 6 lbs., 8 oz.
