Mikey is excited to announce the engagement of his mother, Harley Rose Benner, to Joshua Spangler.
Harley is the daughter of Carol Benner, of Brunswick, and a great couple she loves as parents, Jeff and Alisha Robbins, of Round Pond. She is also the daughter of John Thomas Sr. and step-daughter of Tiffany Thomas, of Damariscotta. Her grandparents are the late Stewart Benner Sr. and Diana and Richard Costa, of Brunswick.
Harley is a 2010 graduate of Lincoln Academy. She graduated U.S. Air Force boot camp in 2010 in San Antonio, Texas. She is a senior airman stationed at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, N.C.
Josh is the son of Todd and Stephanie Spangler, of Newport News, Va. He is a 2009 graduate of Denbigh High School. Josh also graduated Air Force boot camp in 2010 in San Antonio, Texas. He is a senior airman stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.
A small family ceremony will take place Dec. 22 in Newport News, Va. A larger ceremony will take place at a later date.
