The Boothbay Harbor Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of a man suspected of burglarizing Aura Hair Design on June 25.
The suspect was reportedly interrupted while burglarizing the hair salon, threatened witnesses with a crowbar and ran east, according to an email police sent to The Lincoln County News.
The email also describes a burglary at Tigger Leather Jewelry on June 22, where an undisclosed amount of jewelry was taken. The email does not explicitly relate the two incidents.
Anyone with information on either burglary is encouraged to call Jared Mitkus or Robert Hasch at the Boothbay Harbor Police Dept. at 633-5616.
