Boothbay Harbor Police are looking for a Freedom man who did not turn himself in as agreed Sept. 23.
Richard “Rick” Malady, 26, is facing active arrest warrants on charges of Burglary, Theft, Tampering with a Victim/Witness and Violation of Conditions of release. The warrants stem from an investigation into burglary of a Boothbay Harbor business (Enchantments) that occurred in early August.
Malady agreed to turn himself in Thursday but he did not show. He may be driving a gray Ford Focus, plate number 4589RK.
