The National Weather Service (NWS) has withdrawn a Special Weather Statement for Lincoln County warning of the possibility of strong thunderstorms on Tuesday. However the NWS forecast still includes the possibility of evening thunderstorms and showers.
The most probable timing for any weather will be in the evening hours with a 40-percent chance of thunderstorms during that period, according to forecasts. The probability of more thunderstorms is higher in inland areas, according to forecasts.
