State Police are asking for help in locating a Waldoboro man who failed to appear in court for sentencing last month.
Charles A. Feltis, 38, was to be sentenced in Wiscasset court on May 24 for a charge of unlawful sexual contact.
Feltis is 5’11”, 190 pounds, with brown hair and eyes, and has several tattoos. Among them are an eagle and snake, with a dagger on the right arm, a tiger and grim reaper on the left arm, and a fishing ship on his chest.
Feltis may be in the Eastport area and works as a commercial fisherman.
His family business is Tinky’s Seafood of Carver, Mass.
