A Wiscasset woman was found safe and unharmed after an intensive search by the Wiscasset Police Department, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Maine State Police and Maine Warden’s Service.
Jessica Norris (aka Jessica Fraiser), 38, has been located and is reported well and unharmed. Norris explained to police that she left in the manner she did in an attempt to end her current relationship. Her location is being kept confidential at her request.
According to the police, Norris was unaware of the search being conducted for her until it was reported on a local news channel. She then immediately contacted police, who spoke with her in person and verified her well-being.
The Lincoln County communications center issued an all-points bulletin for Norris after she was reported missing from her 314 West Alna Rd. residence on Friday. Norris’ fiance Russell Anderson told police Norris was last seen leaving for a walk around 3:15 p.m. Nov. 6.
The couple reportedly moved to the current address about a year ago with plans for a business in the region
