Robert St. Pierre, 74, of Bristol faces charges of Class B unlawful sexual contact and Class D unlawful sexual touching.
A Lincoln County Superior Court document refers to incidents in June and December of 2009 and names a single victim, a child under the age of 12. Det. Sgt. Ken Hatch of the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said there are two victims.
Deputy Brian Collamore of the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) arrested St. Pierre May 6 at his Pemaquid Trail home. He was released the same day on $50,000 unsecured bail.
Hatch said LCSO acted on information about sexual abuse from the Dept. of Health and Human Services.
