No one was injured in a rear-end collision in Damariscotta the afternoon of July 18, according to Damariscotta Police Officer Jason Warlick.
Chelsea Blanchard, 21, of New Hampshire, was operating a Dodge mini-van on Main Street when she became distracted, according to Warlick.
Blanchard’s vehicle struck a stopped Lexus sport-utility vehicle operated by Emily Poole, 65, of South Bristol, Warlick said.
Traffic was minimally disrupted while Quick Turn Auto Repair & Towing loaded the mini-van onto a flatbed.
Central Lincoln County Ambulance Service also responded to the scene.
