In light an weather forecast predicting snow and very cold temperatures organizers have reluctantly decided to cancel the Bunker Hill Spirit of Christmas Carol Sing, scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 15 at 4 p.m.
The caroling was to have taken place in the historic Bunker Hill Baptist Church in Jefferson.
The service of carols and Christmas lessons was sponsored by the Bunker Hill Baptist Church and its Ladies Aid Society, assisted by the members of the Bunker Hill Community Club.
