Business Route 1 construction in Damariscotta is 100 percent complete as of July 17, Damariscotta Superintendent of Roads, Buildings and Grounds Steve Reynolds said.
The project, started in April extended the Main Street sidewalk from the Damariscotta Region Information Bureau to Coastal Marketplace.
Repairs to the roadway were also completed.
A $288,000 Maine Dept. of Transportation grant with a $72,000 local match funded the project.
