Alyssa Butler and Andrew Beck are happy to announce their engagement. Butler, daughter of Ken and Pauline Butler of Appleton, was a homeschool graduate in 2008. Beck, son of Allan and Sheri Beck of Nobleboro, was a homeschool graduate in 2003. They started dating after Butler completed a year of college.
Butler has worked as an aid to the elderly. Beck is working at Moody’s Diner and has been employed there for eight years as a cook. Beck is the great-grandson of P.B. Moody, the founder of the diner. They will reside in Washington after an August wedding.
