Gary and Heather Higgins of Jefferson are proud to announce the birth of twins on Feb. 9. Chloe Diane Higgins was born at 8:26 a.m., weighing 4 lbs., 15 oz., measuring 18 inches long. Caleb Edward Higgins was born at 8:27 a.m. weighing 6 lbs., and measuring 18.5 inches long.
Proud grandmother is Debra Lessner of Nobleboro. The twins were born in Augusta at MaineGeneral Medical Center.
