Scott Libby and Sarah Falconer of New Harbor are proud to announce the arrival of Claire Edwina Libby, born April 22 weighing 5 lbs. 9 ounces, at Maine Medical Center in Portland. Claire was welcomed by her parents and brothers, Jacob Maker and Devin Libby.
