After 93 days in office, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Philip Congdon, of Round Pond, has resigned his cabinet post, Gov. Paul LePage’s office announced today.
When asked to comment, Congdon was not available, but wife, Candy, in support of her husband said, “He always stands by his principles, first.”
