A late night fire badly damaged a mobile home at 60 Standpipe Rd. in Damariscotta July 23.
A female subject received treatment for minor injuries, Damariscotta Fire Chief Neil Genthner said, but she and the other occupants were otherwise unharmed.
Genthner said it’s “too early to tell” how extensive the damage to the home was, although it’s “probably gone.”
Damariscotta Fire received the page at 9:34 p.m., Genthner said. The fire, which started on the porch, was out by about 11 p.m.
The cause is unknown at this time, Genthner said. The Fire Marshal’s Office will investigate.
The Red Cross has been contacted to assist the occupants.
Firefighters were attempting to locate three animals at about 10:45 p.m.
