The Damariscotta Police Department reports the following activity:
Oct. 7, Officer Adam Lewis responded to a two vehicle accident that occurred on Main St. Muriel Havenstein, 85, of Nobleboro rear ended a vehicle driven by Susan Anderson-Hammer, 50, of Nobleboro who was stopped attempting to make a left hand turn. There was approximately $4500 damage done to the Havenstein 2005 Subaru and approximately $500 to Anderson-Hammer’s 2002 van.
Kenneth S. Steele, 47, of Damariscotta was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a valid inspection certificate on Church St.
Joseph F. Bruno, III, 37, of Damariscotta was arrested for hindering apprehension or prosecution.
Rebecca DeBella, 20, of Jefferson was arrested for violation of conditions of release.
Oct. 8, Corrinna M. Zaccadelli, 38, of Bristol was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a valid inspection certificate on Cross St.
Oct. 9, Darryl Kinder, 19, of Lewiston was arrested on a warrant out of Lewiston District Court. He was also summonsed for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Adam Dumais, 20, of Nobleboro was arrested on a warrant out of Lewiston District Court.
Oct. 10, Officer Adam Lewis is investigating a possible violation of a protection from abuse order.
Sue Ellen Fossett Schumacher, 46, of Damariscotta was arrested for operating under the influence and refusing to submit to arrest.
Oct. 11, Sue Ellen Fossett Schumacher, 46, of Damariscotta was arrested for violation of condition of release.
Oct. 13, Officer Daniel Barbour served a trespass notice to Carrie Safford, 56, of Wiscasset not to return to Renys.
