The Damariscotta Police Department reports the following activity:
Oct. 4, Chief Steven Drake took a complaint of a possible criminal mischief to a vehicle in the police department parking lot by a person who was doing a custody exchange at the police department.
Oct. 4, Officer Jennifer Mitkus took a complaint of an erratic operation on the Bristol Rd.
Sept. 29, Brian Bodley, 50 of Nobleboro was summonsed to court for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
Sept. 29, Alison R. Ferris, 46 of Brunswick was summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection certificate.
Sept. 29, A juvenile was summonsed to court for speeding 10-14 miles per hour over the posted speed limit.
Oct. 1, A juvenile was summonsed to court for possession of tobacco products by a minor.

Oct. 2, Marion C. Harlow, 54 of Nobleboro was summonsed to court for failing to display a current and valid inspection certificate.
Oct. 4, Vernon W. Bosworth, 49 of South Bristol was summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection certificate.
Oct. 5, Joseph W. Plummer Jr., 49 of Brunswick was arrested for domestic violence assault.
Oct. 5, Officer Jennifer Mitkus responded to a motor vehicle accident on the Bristol Rd. involving Michael E. Cassidy, 37 of S. Hamilton, Mass. and Kristin K. Melville, 51 of Standish. CLC Ambulance was backing out of a driveway on a curve. The ambulance attendant was warning traffic to slow down and stop. Kristin Melville did stop in her 2009 Toyota Camry. Mr. Cassidy came around the corner in his 2001 Chevy Silverado, failed to stop and rear-ended Ms. Melville. There was approximately $1000 damage to each vehicle.
