Nov. 2, Officer Jennifer Mitkus responded to Great Salt Bay School to assist the staff with an incident involving a student.
Oct. 30, Officer Aaron Beck is investigating a theft from Weatherbird.
Oct. 30, Wilson R. Collamore Jr., 33, of Damariscotta was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines.
Oct. 30, Jeremy J. Johnson, 37, of Damariscotta was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines.
Oct. 30, Robert M. Johnson, 52, of Bristol was summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.
Oct. 31, a juvenile was summonsed to court for possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
Oct. 31, a juvenile was summonsed to court for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Oct. 31, a juvenile was summonsed to court for illegal transportation of drugs by a minor.
Oct. 31, Julie K. Simmons, 46, of Damariscotta was summonsed to court for unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs.
Oct. 31, a juvenile was summonsed to court for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Oct. 31, Frank L. Hisler, 23, of Newcastle was issued a summons to court for failure to produce evidence of insurance and operator not using a seatbelt.
Oct. 29, Sgt. Chad Andrews responded to a two-vehicle accident in the Yellowfront parking lot. Gloria A. Gamage, 75, of South Bristol was making a left turn into a parking space in her 2003 Jeep when she scraped the passenger’s side front bumper of a 2002 Saturn belonging to Albert C. Loyola, 30, of Brunswick. There was approximately $1500 damage done to Ms. Gamage’s vehicle and approximately $500 damage done to Mr. Loyola’s vehicle.
Oct. 31, Detective Richard Alexander responded to a two-vehicle accident involving Janeen M. Barter, 59, of Edgecomb and Jeffrey N. Blanc, 29, of Walpole. There was approximately $1200 damage done to Barter’s 2001 Subaru and approximately $300 damage done to Mr. Blanc’s 2001 Chevrolet.
Oct. 31, Detective Richard Alexander responded to a two-vehicle accident on Main Street involving Peter B. Morris, 75, of Ft. Pierce, Fla. and Naomi L. Jewett-Johnson, 35, of Damariscotta. Mr. Morris was driving south in his 1998 BMW when he was rear-ended by Ms. Jewett-Johnson who was driving a 2003 Pontiac. There was approximately $300 damage to Mr. Morris’ vehicle and approximately $1000 damage to Ms. Jewett-Johnson’s vehicle.
Nov. 2, Officer Jared G. Mitkus responded to a two-vehicle accident involving Robert W. McDaniel, 33, of Newcastle and Jennifer L. McIvor, 34, of Wiscasset. Both vehicles were traveling on School Street. McDaniel was driving a 2008 GMC when he rear-ended McIvor’s 2008 Dodge. There was approximately $500 damage to McDaniel’s vehicle and approximately $1000 damage to McIvor’s vehicle.
