Officer Richard Alexander responded to a report of a burglar alarm; and assisted a citizen with questions regarding a protection from abuse order.
Officer Mark Doe responded to the Hannaford Parking Lot for an animal complaint.

June 22, Officer Jennifer Mitkus assisted a citizen with obtaining a permit to move a vehicle; responded to the Bristol Road on an animal complaint; responded to Main Street on an animal complaint; took a report of a theft from a local business; took a complaint of a possible violation of a protection from abuse order; responded to Jackie’s Trail on an animal complaint; and, assisted a citizen with questions regarding homelessness.

Samantha F. Casey, 41, of Wiscasset was summonsed to court for two counts of theft.
June 29, Dean W. Jacobs, 46, of Damariscotta, was arrested for operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
July 2, Harland G. Ogilvie Jr., 19, of Jefferson, was summonsed for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Murray Davis, 62, of Waldoboro, was summonsed to court for operating after suspension.
July 4, Nichole S. Holt, 35, of Damariscotta, was summonsed for failure to produce evidence of insurance.
July 9, Ryan Griffin, 26, of Bristol, was summonsed to court for operating after suspension, failure to report an accident and two counts of violation of conditions of release.
June 20, Officer Richard Alexander responded to a two-vehicle accident involving Carolyn Tims, 28, of Alna who was operating a 2008 Jeep and Hannah McGhee, 38, of Newcastle who was operating a 2008 Honda.
June 21, Officer Jennifer Mitkus took a late report of an accident that occurred in Parking Lot Lane from Phyllis Patten, 78, of Newcastle. She reported that she struck a delivery truck.
Officer Jennifer Mitkus responded to Church Street for a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Kenneth L. Doane, 55, of Dudley, Mass., operating a 2013 Ryder Truck and Scott R. Morin, 24, of Auburn operating a 2010 Toyota.
Officer Jennifer Mitkus responded to Egypt Road for a one-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Joshua Johnson, 19, of Nobleboro who was operating a 1996 GMC. Johnson was traveling south on Egypt Road and an unknown vehicle was traveling north on the center line or slightly into the southbound lane. Johnson moved towards the shoulder and his mirror struck a mailbox post.
Officer Devin Polizzotti responded to Rt. 1 for a two-vehicle accident involving Janet P. Lee, 60, of Waldoboro, operating a 2012 Nissan and Erica L. Dickinson, 25, of Bremen, operating a 2005 Subaru.
Officer Devin Polizzotti responded to Main Street for a two-vehicle accident involving Brent Hallowell, 36, of Damariscotta in a 2003 Dodge and Rowland Gilbert, 80, of Damariscotta who was operating a 2003 Chevrolet.
June 23, Officer Jennifer Mitkus responded to Schooner Street for a motor vehicle accident involving Alan D. Larocque, 63, of Charlestown, Mass., who was operating a 2005 GMC. He hit the archway at Schooner Cove.
Officer Jennifer Mitkus responded to Rt. 1, for a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Rhiannon H. Dyer, 19, of Bristol, who was operating a 1996 Saab and Nancy J. Aldrich, 73, of Cape Elizabeth who was operating a 2007 Volvo. Dyer was stopped at the intersection of Belvedere Road and Rt. 1. Aldrich was traveling north on Rt. 1, and Dyer attempted to turn left onto Rt. 1 and was struck by Aldrich.
Officer Devin Polizzotti responded to Main Street for a motor vehicle accident involving Joseph J. Ursoy, 62, of Newcastle, who was operating a 2000 Excursion.
June 27, Officer Aaron Beck responded to Bristol Road for a one-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Roy C. Molt, 52, of Bristol who was operating a 2001 GMC. Molt was traveling west on Bristol Road when he crossed the centerline leaving the roadway on the eastbound side striking a mailbox and then a stone wall.
June 28, Chief Chad Andrews responded to a two vehicle motor vehicle accident on Biscay Road involving Wanda H. Hayes, 53, of Waldoboro, who was operating a 1995 Dodge and Tabatha Marr, 43, of Waldoboro, who was operating a 2005 Chrysler. Hayes was backing from a parking space and struck Marr’s parked/unattended vehicle.
July 2, Officer Jason Warlick responded to Main Street for a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Kenneth W. Woodward, 62, of Bristol who was operating a 2001 Chevrolet and Julie H. McCullough, 40, of Wiscasset, operating a 2007 Volkswagen. Woodward was backing from a parking spot and McCullough was pulling into a parking spot to the left of Woodward. Woodward did not see McCullough and struck her passenger’s side door.
July 3, Officer Jason Warlick responded to Main Street on a report of a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Gertrude M. Rouviere, 85, of Damariscotta who was operating a 2003 Toyota and Aileen C. Hurd, 21, of Pomfret Center, Conn., who was operating a 2010 Dodge. Rouviere was pulling out of a parking space and Hurd was traveling down the lane looking for a parking space. Rouviere struck Hurd’s vehicle in the passenger’s side door.
Officer Jason Warlick responded to Main Street for a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving John O. Burris, 80, of Walpole and Matthew C. Jones, 53, of Edgecomb.
July 6, Officer Jennifer Mitkus responded to Main Street on a report of a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Maureen H. Stormont, 56, of Damariscotta who was operating a 2011 Volkswagen and Sarah Lane, 32, of Nobleboro who was operating a 2001 Chevrolet. Stormont was stopped at the intersection of Back Meadow Road and Main Street. Lane was traveling north on Main Street. Stormont attempted to make a left turn onto Main Street causing Lane to strike her vehicle.
