April 27, Laurie A. Preston, 47 of Bristol was arrested for operating under the influence and attaching false plates.
April 25, Deputy Chief Andrews responded to Main Street for a two vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Carol E. Howe, 89 of Boothbay Harbor who was operating a 2001 Subaru and Craig H. Dickey, 20 of Natick, Mass. Howe was pulling out of a parking lot into traffic and failed to see Dickey headed northbound. Howe failed to yield and struck the driver’s side of Dickey’s vehicle.
