Damariscotta Police Department reports the following activity:
Chief Ronald Young spoke at Chase Point Assisted Living.
Officer Devin Polizzotti conducted a speed detail on Bristol Road; responded to Main Street on a report of a disabled motor vehicle; responded to the intersection of Rt. 1 and Center Street on a report of a disabled motor vehicle.
Deputy Chief Chad Andrews responded to Skidompha Public Library on a report of trespassing with notice served on a male juvenile; and took a report of a lost dog from a resident of Blue Haven Lane.
On Dec. 5, Officer Devin Polizzotti conducted a speed detail on Bristol Road; responded to Main Street on a report of a disabled motor vehicle.
On Dec. 6, Officer Devin Polizzotti responded to Back Meadow Road on an attempt to locate a subject and he was unable to make contact; and took a report of harassment.
Officer Devin Polizzotti and Officer Mark Graham responded to Main Street on a report of an intoxicated driver and were unable to locate the vehicle.
Officer Mark Graham responded to Rt. 1 on a report of an erratic operation.
On Dec. 7, Officer James Read assisted a citizen with a question regarding a dead deer; and took a criminal mischief complaint from a resident of Church Street.
Officer James Read and Officer Devin Polizzotti responded to Church Street on a report of suspicious activity in which a door was open at a business. They secured the business and found no evidence of foul play.
Officer Devin Polizzotti responded to Main Street on a report of an erratic operation.
On Dec. 8, Officer Michael Elwell responded to Cottage Point Road on a report of suspicious activity.
On Dec. 9, Officer Jason Warlick responded to The First on a report of a burglar alarm.
On Dec. 7, Officer Devin Polizzotti summoned Brad E. Russell, 23, of Newcastle, for possession of marijuana.
On Dec. 9, Chief Ronald Young responded to Back Meadow Road on a report of a motor vehicle accident involving Ashley Deahl, 24, of Bristol, who struck a CMP Pole. Deahl was summoned to court by Chief Young for leaving the scene of an accident.
Officer Jason Warlick responded to Rt. 1 on a report of a two vehicle accident involving Robyn Sykes, 42, of Waldoboro, who was operating a 2012 Chevrolet and Robert W. Blanc, 30, of South Bristol, who was operating a 2008 Nissan. Blanc was stopped at the stop sign on Rt. 1. Sykes could not stop due to snow covered roads and struck the rear of Blanc’s vehicle.
Dec. 10, Officer Jason Warlick responded to a report of an erratic operation.
