Aug. 30: Officer Sutter responded to Biscay Road on a report of a motor-vehicle accident involving Phillip W. Hatch, 67, of Damariscotta, who was operating a 2000 Lincoln, and Travis J. Morton, 37, of Damariscotta, who was operating a 1997 Ford. Hatch was turning into a business and failed to see Morton approaching in the oncoming lane of traffic.
