The Damariscotta Police Department reports the following activity from Dec. 16-21:
Timothy McFadden, Waldoboro, speed, Bristol Road, Dec. 19.
Norman Palmer, 27, Bristol, attaching false plates, Dec. 18.
Brian Simmons, Damariscotta, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Main Street, Dec. 21.
Dec. 20: Officer Mark Graham investigated a property-damage accident at Rite-Aid. Amy Davenport-Kupstus, 40, of Jefferson, was stopped in a 2002 Chevrolet in the parking lot at Rite-Aid. Carol Schell, 76, of Nobleboro, was backing a 2005 Subaru out of a parking space and hit the Chevrolet. Both vehicles were drivable.
Dec. 18: Sgt. Warlick assisted the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office with an uncooperative subject at LincolnHealth.
Officer Jim Dotson took a report of an iPad missing from a vehicle in the Hannaford parking lot. The iPad was located by the owner.
Dec. 19: Officer Erick Halpin assisted the Waldoboro Police Department.
Officer Dotson took an informational complaint on South Road.
Officer Dotson warned a subject on Back Meadow Road about phone harassment.
Dec. 20: Officer Graham investigated a report of suspicious activity on Main Street.
Officer Graham did a welfare check on Standpipe Road.
Officer Graham took an informational complaint at Radio Shack.
Dec. 21: Officer Devin Polizzotti conducted a well-being check on Miles Street in reference to two young males on the ice near the entrance.
The Damariscotta Police Department responded to 89 calls during this time period, including 31 motor-vehicle stops, 13 property checks, 10 agency assists, five traffic control, four community policing, three accidents, three alarms, two suspicious activity, six escorts, three citizen assists, one harassment, one lost-and-found property, one theft, one animal complaint, four informational, and two well-being checks.
