Damariscotta will recount votes cast in the June 14 municipal election at the request of challenger Josh Pinkham, who, according to Election Day results, lost a close race to incumbents Dick McLean and Vicki Pinkham for a three year term on the Damariscotta Board of Selectmen
Only six votes separated the three candidates. Vicki Pinkham received 235 to McLean’s 232 and Josh Pinkham’s 229.
The recount begins Mon., June 20 at 5 p.m.
