A driver was transported to LincolnHealth’s Miles Campus with non-life-threatening injuries after her vehicle went off Back Meadow Road in Damariscotta the afternoon of Saturday, April 6.
Molly Delaney, 65, of Damariscotta, was driving a Subaru toward Nobleboro when she failed to negotiate a turn, according to Damariscotta Police Officer Tyson Fait.
The vehicle “caught the shoulder” and went off the road and into a marshy area, Fait said.
Central Lincoln County Ambulance Service took Delaney to the hospital, Fait said.
The Damariscotta Fire Department also responded to the scene. Quick Turn Auto Repair & Towing removed the vehicle.
