The Board of Directors of Damariscotta Bank & Trust Co. (DB&T) recently announced the appointment of Sally Teele to the position of Vice President & Information Systems Officer.
Teele joined DB&T in Sept. 1987 as an Operations Clerk. She has held many positions including computer operations. In March 2000 she was promoted to Information Systems Officer and then promoted to Assistant Vice President in Dec. 2004.
Teele oversees all computer systems from intracompany networks to core processing systems and electronic banking products. She is also responsible for acquisition and maintenance as well as information security measures.
Teele is also active in a number of community efforts. She is Treasurer for Cub Scout Pack 216 in Jefferson, a member of Jefferson Parent Teachers Association and the lead moderator of the online resource Freecycle Midcoast Maine.
Teele resides in Jefferson with her husband and two children.
