Richelle Powers and Neal Ross Jr., of Damariscotta, are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby boy, Elias Neal, born on Sept. 17 at 6:35 p.m. weighing 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and measuring 19 3/4 inches long. Also welcoming baby Elias were older siblings Gage, Hayleigh, and Garrett.
