Greg and Ardelle Ballou of Bath are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby girl, Elizabeth Joy Ballou, born on July 19 at 3:47 p.m. at Miles Memorial Hospital weighing 8.7 lbs. Elizabeth was also welcomed by big brother Trevor.
