Barry and Rachel Heath of Jefferson are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby boy, Elliott James Heath, born July 15 at 9:16 p.m. at Miles Memorial Hospital weighing 7 lb., 1 oz. Elliott was welcomed by his five-year-old brother Logan maternal grandparents Al and Judy Reida of Rindge, N.H. and paternal grandmother Sandra Heath of Conway, Mass. and maternal great grandmother Bertha Wheeler of Clinton, Mass.
