Farrin Properties welcomes new agent Bill Crocker. He joined Farrin Properties in February and is now available to market the sale of property, or assist in finding the perfect home, land or business.
Wayne Farrin, owner and designated broker is pleased to have Crocker join his real estate team of well-informed and qualified real estate agents.
Crocker’s skills as a negotiator and his awareness of emerging trends will serve buyers and sellers in the Midcoast Maine real estate market well.
Farrin Properties is a proven real estate agency offering a full range of services for homes, land or businesses, buyers and sellers. Farrin Properties has specialized knowledge to offer both first-time homebuyers and seasoned pros looking for an insider’s perspective on the Midcoast area real estate.
Crocker has lived all over the coast of Maine from Kittery Point to Bar Harbor, settling here on the Midcoast in Damariscotta. He purchased one of the oldest homes in Damariscotta in March 2003. He is equally happy living in a state-of-the-art contemporary or an antique cape. He loves architecture, believing that buildings are like living sculptures, testaments to those who live or use them.
Crocker is very involved in the community as president of the Damariscotta Historical Society, member of the Lincoln Home Progressive Dinner Committee and past chairman of appliance department at the Miles Rummage Sale. He is also an accomplished artist, focusing mainly on architecture using pen and ink and watercolor as his medium.
Crocker believes his real estate job is to serve the customer, making a property purchase or sale a pleasant experience. He also has the thank-you notes to prove it. Give him a call today at Farrin Properties 563-2750 or visit Bill Crocker with Farrin Properties at the Home and Garden Show March 19-20, at the CLC YMCA in Damariscotta.
