The family of Amber Ferland are proud to announce her engagement to Nicholas Woodbury.
Ferland is of Vassalboro, and is currently stations at Patrick Air Force Base in Florida, and she is the daughter of Curt and Emelie Ferland of Vassalboro.
Woodbury is of Jefferson, and is currently stationed at Patrick Air Force Base in Florida, and is the son of Philip and Jennifer Morneault, of Jefferson, and Brian and Mary Woodbury, of Springfield, Va.
Amber is a 2008 graduate of Erskine Academy; 2012 graduate of Norwich University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration from Norwich University. She works as a project engineer for the city of Titusville Public Works in Florida.
Nicholas is a 2008 graduate of Erskine Academy; 2012 graduate of Norwich University with a bachelor’s degree in physics. He currently works as a nuclear engineer/physicist with the U.S. Air Force.
An October 2014 wedding is planned at St. Augustine’s Church in Augusta.
