President Obama has ordered flags to half-staff in honor of the late President John F. Kennedy.
The president signed the proclamation late Nov. 21, regarding a Day of Remembrance for Kennedy, who was assassinated in Dallas Nov. 22, 1963.
In this proclamation the President directs that flags be lowered to half-staff Nov. 22, for the entire day.
