Maine Coast Stove & Chimney in Wiscasset has expanded its Rt. 1 stove shop and now is throwing a bash on Sat., Sept. 15 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to celebrate the occasion.
The company added an additional 1500-square feet of showroom and storage space when it opened up an interior wall and rebuilt the other side of the building.
The new space is home to the store’s recently acquired line of Vermont Castings wood stoves and Majestic gas fireplaces.
In addition to serving food cooked on the Big Green Egg, the store will also feature a tent sale, with a variety of gas, pellet and wood stoves offered at reduced prices.
There will also be door prizes. The general public is invited to attend. Look for the top hats and follow the smell of delicious wood smoked food to find them.
