The Jefferson/Nobleboro Snopackers have split into two clubs, the Jefferson SnoPackers and the Damariscotta Lake Snowmobile Club.
The Damariscotta Lake Club will serve the town of Nobleboro and focus on the trails in that area. This split will allow the clubs to provide better attention to their respective trail systems and will result in additional trail grant monies for this riding area.
The Jefferson Snopackers are sponsoring Grass Drags at Broken Acre Farms, at 160 Valley Road in Jefferson on Sat., Oct. 13. Races start at 10 a.m.
