William and Nanette Fraser are proud to announce the birth of their second daughter, Gwyneth Clarisse Fraser, born in Highland Park, Ill., on April 8, weighing 8 pounds, 3 ounces and 20-inches in length. William, Nanette and big sister Evangeline live in Lindenhurst, Ill.
Grandparents are William Fraser of Edgecomb, Barbara Fraser of Edgecomb, Steve and Rebecca Akeley of Damariscotta, and Richard and Nancy Hennig of Glenview, Ill.
