The wedding of Jennifer Hardy and Brian Elwell took place on Aug. 2 at the Duck Trap Retreat in Lincolnville. The ceremony was officiated by Chris Cokinis. The reception followed on location.
The bride is the daughter of Ron and Pam Hardy of Damariscotta and granddaughter of Keith and Arlene Burns of Nobleboro. She was attended by Norma Elwell and Christina Hanson. The flower girl was Natalie Burns.
The groom is the son of Robert and Julie Elwell of Arrowsic. The groom was attended by Jason Cormier and Shawn Elwell. The ring bearer was Ethan Burns.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Lincoln Academy. She earned her degree in business in 2007 from Southern Maine Community College. She is an administrative assistant for Ernest Stallworth with Primerica Financial Services in Topsham.
The groom is also a 2003 graduate of Lincoln Academy. He earned a degree in construction technology in 2005 from Southern Maine Community College. He currently runs his own construction business.
The couple stayed at the Duck Trap Retreat before heading off to Niagara Falls and the Adirondack Mountains for a week.
They now reside in their home in Arrowsic.
