Earlier today the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners appointed Tod Hartung the full time Director of the Emergency Management Agency /911 Communications.
Hartung has been serving as Interim Director since July 7, 2012 following the retirement of Tim Pellerin.
Pellerin stepped down to take a position as the fire chief in Rangely.
