Harvest Moon Pizza will conclude its first season as a bricks-and-mortar restaurant Thursday, Oct. 30. The restaurant opened May 8.
Started in 2011 as a food truck, Harvest Moon Pizza has grown into the former Pine Cone Café space at 13 Friendship St. in Waldoboro.
Harvest Moon quickly gained a reputation for its pizza made with local ingredients, organic and fresh salads, craft Maine-brewed beers like Infiniti, Oxbow, and Banded Horn; and its freshly shucked Damariscotta River oysters.

Harvest Moon Pizza will be open Wednesday, Oct. 29 and Thursday, Oct. 30 from 4 to 9 p.m. and will hold a customer appreciation night Thursday, Nov. 6 from 5 p.m. onward.
