Parents Phillip and Virginia Hersey of Newburyport, Mass., and David J. and Toni Osier of Bremen are proud to announce the engagement of Rachel Marie Hersey to David Nathaniel Osier.
Rachel is a graduate of Newburyport High School, Class of 2003. She received her BS in business management from Plymouth State University.
David is a 2001 graduate of Lincoln Academy.
An August 2011 wedding is planned at Point Lookout in Northport.
