Krystle Dawn Hewson, daughter of Dawn Libby-Lynch and Peter Lynch of Warren and Mark Hewson of Jefferson, and Christian Paul Gagne, son of Paul and Nancy Gagne of Oakland exchanged their marriage vows in a beautiful ocean side ceremony Sept. 6, at the Captain A.V. Nickels Inn in Searsport. The dinner reception immediately followed in the ballroom of the inn.
The bride wore an ivory satin gown with a beaded gold and silver embroidered bodice with a chapel train and she carried a vibrant bouquet of deep red roses and mango calla lilies.
The maid of honor was Jaime Hewson, cousin of the bride. The bridesmaids were Meredyth Hertel, Aimee Doherty, friends of the bride and Marissa Gagne, sister of the groom.
The best man was Travis McSorley, friend of the groom. The groomsmen were Ken Matheson, Jason Bibeau, friends of the groom and Adam Lynch, brother of the bride.
This bride is a 2003 graduate of Medomak Valley High School and received her Bachelor’s degree in business at the University of Southern Maine last year. Krystle is employed by Synergent at the Maine Credit Union League in Westbrook.
The groom is a 1999 graduate of Winslow High School and a 2001 graduate of Northern Maine Technical College in Presque Isle. Christian is employed by Portland Sheet Metal.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Bar Harbor and reside in Windham.
